We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

who thrives on variety. If you are someone who enjoys juggling ads, social, automation, and reporting, and likes the idea of helping shape how a modern agency runs its marketing, you will fit right in.

What you will be doing

Running LinkedIn & Google Ads campaigns - from setup to optimisation Building HubSpot workflows and nurture emails that convert Creating and scheduling social content with a commercial edge Repurposing blogs, case studies, and videos into campaigns that resonate with target audiences Tracking, reporting, and making recommendations on performance Pitching in on the "everything else" that comes with agency life, from landing page updates to campaign troubleshooting. Using AI tools to speed up research, content repurposing, and campaign reporting where it makes sense.

What we are looking for

2-4 years in digital marketing (agency or in-house) and looking to hone and learn new skills. Hands-on with paid ads (ideally LinkedIn, Google and Meta) and comfortable with automation/CRM tools. Happy switching between creative tasks and technical setup. Someone who sees AI as a lever, not a threat. Should be comfortable experimenting with AI tools to simplify manual tasks and improve outcomes. Based in or near Glasgow. This is a remote-first role, with regular team meet-ups in the city centre office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-45,285.00 per year
