The Role



We're looking for a skilled

Content Marketing Executive

with a sharp eye for storytelling and a passion for persuasive, high-impact copywriting. This is an exciting opportunity for a content professional who can craft compelling narratives that bring our brand to life and influence customer behaviour across the entire marketing funnel.

You'll play a central role in shaping our tone of voice and creating content that not only informs and engages, but also converts. From web copy and email campaigns to thought leadership pieces and product storytelling, you'll be responsible for producing content that resonates with our target audience and elevates our brand.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll ensure every piece of content is aligned, creatively executed, and contributes to broader goals around brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and SEO. Key Responsibilities:



Content Strategy & Planning:

Support the development and execution of our content marketing strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to identify content opportunities. Generate innovative content ideas that attract, engage, and convert both B2B and B2C customers.

Content Creation & Copywriting:

Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for a variety of marketing materials, including: Website content (landing pages, blog posts, product descriptions) Email marketing campaigns and newsletters Social media posts (organic and paid) Press releases and advertorials Internal communications (as required) Sales support materials (e.g., case studies, presentations) Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and best practices for SEO. Proofread and edit content meticulously to ensure accuracy, grammar, and consistency.

Content Distribution & Promotion:

Execute social media strategies, including scheduling posts, community management, and engaging with followers. Assist with the delivery of email marketing campaigns. Support paid media campaigns by providing compelling ad copy and creative direction. Coordinate with third-party suppliers and partners for content syndication and amplification.

Website Management:

Regularly update and optimise website content using our Content Management System (CMS). Work with the creative team to ensure visual elements complement written content effectively.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation:

Monitor and report on content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven optimisations to content strategies. Keep abreast of the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with Marketing Managers, the Creative Team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign delivery. Provide clear and comprehensive internal/external communications regarding content initiatives. Assist partners in the execution of channel marketing programs to increase product sales within their customer base.

General Administration:

Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required.

Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in a content marketing, copywriting, or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of the English language. A keen eye for design and an understanding of how visual elements enhance content. Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to optimise content for search engines. Experience with various content formats (e.g., blog posts, email, social media, website copy). Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms. Experience with social media management and engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.
