As Content Marketing Executive, you'll collaborate with our Marketing Manager and Design team to drive and expand our digital presence. Your role focuses on written content production, the coordination of SEO strategies, conducting external promotional campaigns, such as email marketing, creating impactful PPC campaigns, and enhancing our online content for improved engagement and conversions. Utilising analytics tools, you'll also deliver data-driven insights to optimise our online efforts.



Role Responsibilities:





Create new, compelling, targeted content that improves online conversions and engagement. Oversee Company communications and email marketing. Coordinate the Company's SEO strategy; monitoring and improving results in relation to online conversions, leads, enquiries, new engagements, impressions, KPIs, and general traction. Create content and SEO plans/campaigns for each brand within the Group structure, as well as supporting with the production of internal and external communications. Help produce timely, valuable, and engaging content for our websites and other channels that complements our on-page SEO work, generates leads, attracts, and converts our target client groups, and supports the delivery of profitable business growth. Create, monitor, analyse, and report on SEO & PPC campaigns. Use data driven insights to redevelop and improve existing content; increase engagement; and make sure we're doing more of what works and less of what doesn't. Identify key SEO trends and insights to enable us to better optimise the team's resource, spend and performance. Work alongside the Design team to improve user experience, digital journey and, ultimately, drive online conversions and registrations. Help ensure all published material is accurate, optimised, on brand, of high quality, and free from mistakes and grammatical errors. Conduct keyword research; analyse and benchmark the success of our content production, web output, and communications; and propose and implement actions for improvement in this area. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis. Support with general administrative tasks, such as: email signatures, jotforms, database management, and other internal updates and audits.

What Skills are required



Qualification and Experience:





A content and copywriting specialist with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of SEO and analytics tools and software, such as Google Analytics. 1-3 years' experience in creating and managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns across web and social media. Excellent attention to detail. Proficient in producing clear, engaging, and optimised content to ensure our positive online presence is enhanced and maintained. Track record of producing excellent SEO results via sound data analysis and implementation of tangible improvements. Skilled in WordPress - and/or other CMS platforms - to regularly develop and update online content & create new web and landing pages. Able to work within a tight team structure, delivering results in accordance with firm deadlines.

Experience in a regulated environment such as finance or other professional services is an advantage, but not essential.####
