About the Role



We're looking for a Content Marketing Executive who lives and breathes digital storytelling. If you're someone who's always ahead of social trends, loves creating content that grabs attention, and enjoys working directly with clients to bring ideas to life, you'll fit right in.

You'll work at the heart of our marketing team, helping shape campaigns that captivate audiences and drive real results for our clients.

You'll be responsible for creating high-quality written, visual, and short-form video content across social media and web platforms. You'll manage multiple client accounts, understand their goals, and translate them into content that performs. The ideal person is hands-on, curious, people-focused, and comfortable taking initiative, whether you're refining messaging, repurposing video clips, or crafting copy that stops the scroll.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media

Create, curate, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and more. Develop social media content calendars and support campaign execution. Stay on top of the latest trends, formats, and platform updates, and use them to inspire fresh content ideas. Capture and source content directly from clients, including on-site visits when needed. Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and help build strong, positive brand presence. Track and report on social media performance to optimise future activity.
Content Creation & SEO

Produce SEO/AIO-optimised written content for blogs, landing pages and websites. Edit, refine and enhance AI-generated content to ensure unique value and brand alignment. Support on-page SEO activities and best practices. Upload and manage content within various CMS platforms.
General Marketing Support

Work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver high-quality content across campaigns. Create content for Meta Ads that aligns with campaign goals. Support email marketing with engaging copy and content when required. Communicate confidently with clients to understand their needs and represent our agency with professionalism and personality. Bring proactive ideas, suggest improvements, and support overall marketing activity across the agency.

Desirable Skills



Strong copywriting, storytelling and creative thinking. 1-3 years of experience in social media management, copywriting, SEO content creation or similar. Strong understanding of social media platforms and user behaviour. Ability to manage multiple projects with great organisation and attention to detail. Familiarity with Meta Ads. Basic on-page SEO knowledge. Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction. Comfortable using AI tools to streamline and enhance content creation. Ability to follow marketing direction and apply strategic thinking to improve performance. Experience with CMS platforms (ideal but not essential).
