You'll be a key part of building our brand presence from the ground up and putting your stamp on how we tell our story across CAS and other companies within the Breeze Group.
What the Role Involves
You'll work closely with our Market Development Manager and external partners to create, manage, and grow marketing activity across our group. Your day-to-day could include:
Planning, creating and scheduling social media content (we're currently active on LinkedIn)
Writing blogs, web content, and brochures
Creating and sending email newsletters and targeted campaigns
Working with external designers, photographers and agencies
Assisting with planning and attending to conferences and industry events
Getting involved in wider marketing and branding projects across the group
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's creative, curious, and excited about making an impact. You'll love coming up with fresh ideas and seeing them through.
You'll also be:
A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Able to think outside the box (scientific marketing doesn't have to be boring!)
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn
Willing to travel occasionally for short trips to visit other group companies or attend events
Ideally, you'll bring:
Prior experience working in life sciences, pharmaceutical or scientific sectors
Marketing qualifications and/or relevant experience
Excellent writing skills with an understanding of SEO best practices
Ability to create compelling, engaging content that captures the attention
Understanding of customer personas and tailoring content to target audiences
Experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Semrush, and Salesforce

25,000-30,000
starting salary (plus bonus)

work from home with visits to our head office each week or when required. Must live within commutable distance to our head office and be willing to travel to our other sites for short occasional visits
37.5 flexible hours
- 8 hours between 7.30am-5.00pm Mon-Thurs, and 5.5 hours on Friday between 7.30am-2.30pm
