Role Description:

This role primarily focuses on keeping the company's online presence up to date with fresh content and information, as well as:

Managing social media platforms, including producing and posting social media posts. Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content (copy, graphics, video) that resonates with our target audience, including both customers and employees. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to increase the effectiveness of campaigns. Planning, implementing, and optimising digital campaigns across channels including paid social, programmatic display, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing. Creating content for different purposes, including blogs, newsletters, emails, interviews, and more. Provide regular reports on social media performance, communicating insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and our Brand & Digital Director. Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, voice, and quality standards while maintaining relevance for both customers and search engines

Essential Skills:

You should have a good understanding of software used to produce digital and physical marketing assets, preferably Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent. This will be needed to create and edit videos, images and web content. Your written communication skills should be excellent, without the need for support from Grammarly or ChatGPT. You should have a creative eye, which can be applied to the digital content you produce, including photos and videos. You must be a self-starter, able to come up with your own ideas, as well as bringing dynamism and vibrancy to the team. You will be someone able to break the mould, looking for new and innovative ways to reach our audiences with impactful content. You will be a personable team player, who is committed to excellence and capable of building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will understand storytelling and be able to produce blog posts and social content for digital marketing purposes.

Desirable Skills:

We are looking for a strategic thinker. Someone with a desire to increase their marketing and communications experience will stand apart in this recruitment process. Experience of using a website CMS to build webpages and launch digital content. Knowledge of SEO is an advantage.

Pay: 28,000.00-300,000.00 per year
