Purpose of the role The Content Marketing Manager is a key member of the global marketing team. The individual will drive written best practice across the agency, pushing the boundaries of creative and innovative story telling. At its core, it will be fundamental in delivering the TEAM LEWIS brand, tone of voice and messaging through standout content campaigns. The role will act as a content evangelist, brand journalist and contributor to the business. Writing, producing, editing and campaign planning are integral skills for this role. Key responsibilities are to:

  • Plans and implements a content strategy for each TEAM LEWIS campaign, working closely with the Senior Leadership, Global Marketing team, copywriters, creatives and digital marketing experts
  • Advises, manages and executes content, content plans and major campaign initiatives
  • Works cross-functionally with other teams to develop impactful and cohesive content
  • Writes compelling content in a variety of forms, including research reports, press releases, Q&As, blog posts, nurture email campaigns, white papers, case studies, infographics, social media posts and more
  • Work with external industry recognised partners to produce content that challenges narratives and works as TEAM LEWIS\xe2\x80\x99s voice.
  • Manages a real-time editorial calendar that tracks key regional editors for TEAM LEWIS\xe2\x80\x99 other offices
  • Creates and manages editorial guidelines for global campaigns to set expectations around content sharing practices, create a singular voice and work with editors cross-region
  • Participates in team meetings to ensure polished content is delivered in a timely manner and help the team generate fresh ideas during brainstorming discussions
  • Trains junior employees on best practices for writing and reporting
About you
  • Journalism experience
  • Proven ability in writing, editing and proofreading digital and print content
  • Understanding of traditional and social media, and current affairs and technology trends
  • Collaborative, articulate thinker with the ability to take creative direction
  • Calmness under pressure and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Creative thinking and independent problem solving
  • Ability to flex writing style to suit the needs of the content piece
  • Time management and organization
  • Acute attention to detail
