Responsible for the content ecosystem construction and operation of the video app platform, improving the quantity, quality, diversity of content supply and user consumption experience, and driving the growth of core content-related indicators (such as VV, duration, completion rate, content penetration rate, etc.).
Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy Development: Based on the platform's positioning and target users, formulate strategies for the introduction, production, distribution, and recommendation of PGC/UGC/OGC content, as well as content category planning.
2. Content Production and Introduction:
Develop and maintain partnerships with high-quality content creators/organizations (MCNs), and develop introduction strategies and collaboration plans. Plan and execute official platform-generated content/activities/topics, guiding user content creation. Operate the creator backend/tools to improve creator productivity and motivation. 3. Content Distribution and Recommendation:
Collaborate with algorithm and product teams to optimize content recommendation strategies and distribution efficiency, and improve content exposure and consumption conversion. Responsible for the daily operations, content curation, and performance optimization of core content locations (such as homepage feeds, channels, and special topics). 4. Content Quality and Safety:
Establish content quality assessment standards and review mechanisms (or collaborate with the review team). Monitor the health of the content ecosystem, identifying and addressing low-quality and illegal content. 5. Creator Ecosystem Operations: Develop a creator growth system and incentive mechanisms (such as revenue sharing, traffic support, and an honors system). Plan and implement creator events, training, and community operations to increase creator activity and engagement. Analyze creator data and provide operational advice and support. 6. Data Analysis: Monitor content consumption and creator data, analyze content trends and user preferences, and continuously optimize content strategies and operational actions.
Requirements
Priority is given to Chinese nationals and Chinese students studying abroad
1. Experience: 3+ years of experience operating content for video platforms, familiar with PGC/UGC/OGC content operation models. Experience with creator operations or content collaboration is preferred.
2. Skills:
A deep understanding and keen sense of video content, familiar with the characteristics of different content types (films, TV series, variety shows, short videos, vlogs, live streaming, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively connect with internal and external partners. Excellent content planning, copywriting skills, and aesthetic appreciation. Possess data analysis skills, able to guide content operations based on data. Understanding of the content ecosystem and gameplay of mainstream content platforms (such as Bilibili, Douyin, Kuaishou, and YouTube).
