Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (office-based, with regular travel across the Cotswolds and surrounding regions)

We bring this to life through curated experiences, stunning properties, and authentic local insights - and now we're looking for a Content & Social Media Executive who can help us tell that story even more powerfully online. If you're passionate about social media, storytelling, and travel - and love the idea of combining office-based creative work with on-location content shoots - this could be your perfect role.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of our social media presence, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest (TikTok experience would be a bonus) Plan, film, and edit short-form video content (reels, stories, and TikToks) that showcases our properties, destinations, and brand personality. Travel regularly to properties across the Cotswolds and beyond to capture engaging on-site content (video, photography, and behind-the-scenes moments). Build and execute a dynamic social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and bookings. Manage the social content calendar, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, on-brand output. Stay ahead of social trends, algorithms, and emerging formats, applying them creatively to our brand. Foster an engaged online community through authentic storytelling, thoughtful engagement, and consistent brand voice. Create assets for paid social activity across the platforms (paid social media experience would be a plus, but not essential).

Property & Website Content

Visit and support property launches, assisting with staging, creative direction, and owner liaison. Write and upload compelling property listings and welcome guides, ensuring each one reflects our tone of voice and showcases the property's unique character. Provide cover and support for our Content Writer as needed. Research and produce local guide content to enrich our website and enhance guest experiences

Other:

Support the Marketing team with multi-channel digital campaigns. Create SEO-optimised blog content that complements our social storytelling. Collaborate with the wider team on partnerships, promotions, and special projects that enhance our brand presence.

About You

You're a creative storyteller with a passion for social media, travel, and great design. You'll love discovering hidden gems, and know how to turn a property visit into a scroll-stopping reel. Confidence in front of the camera as well as behind would be a plus!

You'll bring:

Proven experience managing and growing brand social media channels, ideally within travel, lifestyle, or hospitality. Strong skills in video creation and editing (Instagram Reels, TikTok or Adobe Premiere preferred). Excellent writing ability - you can craft engaging captions, blogs, and property descriptions that capture a sense of place. A creative eye for composition, staging, and visual storytelling. Confidence working independently on location and collaboratively within a team. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly for shoots. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Solid understanding of content planning, analytics, and audience engagement. IT literacy and experience using CMS platforms and social scheduling tools.
