We're seeking a versatile Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence through captivating content and strategic marketing. If you're passionate about social media, creative storytelling, and driving results in a creative industry, this role is for you!

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)


- Capture compelling behind-the-scenes content (e.g., photos, videos, stories) on sets, shoots, or at events, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals. Engage audiences in real-time by live-tweeting or posting updates from events.
- Develop and pitch innovative content ideas tailored to platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, driving engagement and brand awareness.
- Actively research and adopt new and emerging social media tools, trends, and applications. Share actionable insights with the team to enhance strategies and keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Assist in managing SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and Google Ads/Analytics to optimize content performance and drive traffic. Monitor and report on key metrics to refine digital marketing efforts.
- Represent the brand confidently and professionally in on-camera content, such as videos, live streams, or social media stories, to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
- Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (e.g., for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta, or emerging platforms) that align with brand aesthetics and maximize audience engagement.
- Craft compelling, platform-specific captions and copy that drive clicks, shares, and engagement, aligning with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, trending audio, hashtags (e.g., #FYP, #Viral, #GRWM), and viral content, integrating these elements strategically to boost discoverability and engagement.
- Leverage a creative mindset to craft engaging, social-first narratives that resonate with audiences, enhancing brand storytelling across all content formats.
- Apply a strong understanding of content marketing principles to develop strategies that align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives, ensuring cohesive and impactful storytelling.
- Build, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads, leveraging tools like custom audiences, Smart Creative, and performance analytics to maximize ROI and engagement.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)


- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (2-3 years preferred).
- At least 2 years' proven experience managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and optimization, with a track record of driving measurable results.
- At least 2 years' proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong track record in performance marketing, including optimizing for conversions and ROI.
- Proven experience managing social media channels across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, with a track record of growing engagement and followers.
- Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager, with proven experience building and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills (e.g., photography, videography, copywriting) for producing high-quality behind-the-scenes assets.
- Proven experience editing short-form videos using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, with a portfolio showcasing engaging, platform-specific content.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate offsite events or shoots.
- Creative mindset with a passion for engaging storytelling, demonstrated through a track record of creating compelling, audience-focused content.
- Proactive approach to researching and understanding new social media tools, trends, and applications, with the ability to share actionable insights with the team.
- Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Google Ads/Analytics, with experience in optimizing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
- Confidence and professionalism on camera, with strong presentation and communication skills for video content or live streams.
- Strong writing skills, with a proven ability to craft engaging captions that drive clicks, shares, and audience interaction.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, including trending audio, hashtags, and viral content, with the ability to apply them strategically.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and social-first storytelling, with the ability to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for social media management, such as those for copywriting, visual generation, and automation and content optimization.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)


- Experience with live social media engagement (e.g., live tweeting, streaming).
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social) and ad platforms to measure and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with emerging platforms or technologies (e.g., AI-driven content tools or new social media apps).
- Advanced experience with video editing tools to enhance on-camera and short-form content.
