Your new role

In this key role initially offered on an 18 month fixed term contract, and with a hybrid location, you will be responsible for the following deliverables:

• Delivery and user support of Contingent Labour systems

• Documenting functional process requirements for contingent workforce management in line with business efficiency and control requirements

• Supporting Contingent worker solution (Vendor Management System (VMS) team and coordinates operational support activities with HR, Finance, IT (Project Team) and business teams

• Documenting policies, processes and procedures related to contingent labour working with Procurement, Lines of Business, HR, Finance/AP, IT and business teams globally

• Providing training and support to agency suppliers and Rail managers and 3rd party workers on the processes and contingent worker solution

• Supporting (as applicable) communications, training and change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the contingent worker solution in Rail

• Managing \'helpdesk\', oversea categorisation, allocation and respond to user queries in a timely manner - escalating issues if appropriate and tracking to closure

• Working with stakeholders to identify system enhancement priorities and implement any change requests

• Responsible for ensure prompt payment to Vendors and invoice query resolution

• Managing compliance risks, taking a lead role for audit and controls relating to VMS solution

Skills & Experience\xe2\x80\xa6

• Experience of Workforce Management Solutions (preferably Fieldglass)

• Experience of Travel & Expenses systems (desirable)

• Experience of business processes and flowcharts

• Support/helpdesk/trouble shooting experience

• Experience of writing regular management reports

• Good knowledge Microsoft Office packages
