About the role
Based at our Elland head office, this new position will join our operational team due to our continued growth and expansion. Reporting to the Service Admin Manager, the main responsibilities of this role include:
Monitoring engineers for correct completed timesheets and liaising with engineers when incorrect
Reviewing engineers credit card expenses and ensuring costs are allocated to the correct jobs/projects
Costing jobs and raising customer invoices
Liaising with clients regarding Purchase Orders
Actively controlling the WIP report for your region
Working closely with Credit Control regarding all client invoice queries.
Raising Purchase Orders to suppliers and subcontractors
Assisting with Purchase Ledger approvals, including dealing with any queries with may arise
Assisting Contract Managers with reviewing the job profitability report
Provide support to our clients, engineers, suppliers and sub-contractors
Liaise with customers providing timely updates of job statuses
Undertake general helpdesk admin duties
Monitor and manage operational KPIs to achieve SLAs
Key skills
Previous experience working in a service / administrative environment will be beneficial, ideally within a service industry
An understanding of building maintenance services or similar environments will be beneficial, but not essential
Excellent telephone manner and a keen eye for detail
Strong numerical and literacy skills, with good spelling and grammar
Team player
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of building or M&E trades an advantage
Remuneration
This is a permanent position, Monday - Friday, working up to 40 hours per week between 08.00 am to 17.00 pm.
Starting salary from 28,000 depending on experience
