This role is an integral element of the day to day operational functionality delivering objectives and outputs efficiently and effectively within

a Kuehne+Nagel Government & Defence warehouse environment.

How you create impact

Carry out assigned tasks including: picking, packing, goods receipt, checking, loading & unloading of vehicles, hygiene, the processing of returns and stock maintenance and integrity tasks. Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carry out other assigned Computer based tasks as required Comply and contribute to the KN 5s standards within the working area Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas Operate to trained work instructions e.g. ABC Modules/ WI Adhere to company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace Achieve individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy Adopt KN Compass behaviours Follow the escalation process where there is any deviation from the standard process Requirement to work at height in a safe and effective manner in line with training provided

What we would like you to bring

Experience of working to agreed targets PC literate MHE licence (preferrable) Understanding of warehouse practises e.g. picking, loading Ability to work individually or as part of a team Reliable and committed to attending work on time Good Communication skills Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy High attention to detail
