About the role:


We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant

to work with one of our

public sector

clients at Deloitte. You will be part of a team, supporting with the implementation of change and ongoing work for the client. This role focuses on designing, configuring, testing and supporting

Oracle Payroll solutions

within HCM. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll processes, Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functionality and experience integrating payroll with other systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll operations, contributing to the overall success of our HR function. You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

Essential Skills:

Eligible and willing to obtain

UK Government Security Clearance

(i.e. must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years).

Oracle Fusion Payroll

experience with the current Fusion version. Proven experience in configuring and supporting

Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

Strong understanding of payroll principles, legislation and best practices. Experience

integrating Oracle Payroll

with other HCM modules and external systems. Proficient in

troubleshooting

and resolving payroll issues. Excellent

problem-solving

and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Deliverables: responsibilities but not limited to;

Design, develop and test Oracle Payroll solutions Support to existing Oracle Payroll solutions Review of wider technical architecture that integrates with Payroll solutions
