Contract Sales Manager- Slough

Basic of 30,000 - 34,000 (Commission circa 10,000 pa paid monthly)

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue targets across multiple venues & delivering key KPI's and increasing membership levels

We need a Contract Sales Manager who will...

Manage the day-to-day operations of your department ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved across multiple venues within Slough

Sell the Everyone Active Way and ensure the highest possible standards of our sales journey to our customers

Effectively plan and execute the business strategy

Be both a role model for the centres team and to make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike. Motivate and inspire others to 'raise the bar'

Be results driven with a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets

Have a proactive approach to growing the Everyone Active membership base

This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
