We are seeking a Contract Supervisor to oversee our decorating projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This pivotal role is based in the Highlands and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing business by managing client contracts and coordinating project teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee decorating contracts from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Negotiate terms and resolve any contractual issues that arise. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Foster strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a supervisor within the painting and decorating industry. Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to decorating works. Preferred: experience with client relationship management tools. Preferred: background in construction or building services.
