Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking for a full time Contracts Administration Assistant to join our team, Monday to Friday, 35 hours (working hours TBC).

The main duties of this role include:-

Providing daily support to your Line Manager, Contracts Managers and Surveyors.

Typing and setting up documents, letters, spreadsheets and reports.

Managing staff appointments.

Working with a diary system.

Ordering materials from building merchants.

Answering telephone calls from policyholders, insurance companies, suppliers and tradesmen.

Supporting Contracts Managers, ensuring that their claims and customers are kept up to date.

The successful candidate must have the right to work in this country and have:-

A flexible and positive attitude to the changing work schedule. Computer literacy and typing skills. Office experience. A basic knowledge of the construction and insurance industry would be preferable.
