to join our fantastic team in

Swindon

on a

Fixed Term Contract

Position Details:



Salary:

14,000 per annum

Hours:

Part-time, TuesdaysThursdays, 8:30am3:30pm (ideal for school hours!)

Key Responsibilities:



Helpdesk Coordination:

Manage RWE Helpdesk activities, scheduling reactive works, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and compliance tasks via our CAFM system (QFM).

Customer Support:

Respond to helpdesk calls and manage shared mailboxes, ensuring all requests are actioned promptly and in line with SLAs.

Job Logging & Prioritisation:

Accurately log and assign tasks, prioritising in line with service agreements.

Engineer & Contractor Liaison:

Coordinate work schedules, track progress, and update records in QFM.

Procurement Support:

Process orders for equipment and materials as needed.

Quotation & Reporting:

Prepare quotations, assist with client and internal reports, and monitor job completions.

Purchase Order Management:

Process and receipt purchase orders via WAP.

Compliance Monitoring:

Provide weekly/monthly reports on reactive jobs, statutory compliance, and PPM completion.

Document Management:

Organise documentation on Client SharePoint, following agreed naming conventions.

General Administration:

Support senior contract management with additional administrative duties.
