Concept Claim Solutions (CCS) is proud to be the longest-established loss assessing franchise in the UK. With over 50 local offices nationwide, we specialise in helping policyholders manage property insurance claims--from initial damage assessment right through to complete property reinstatement.

We're now looking for a Contractor Network & Technical Support Manager to join our award-winning Head Office team in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction, surveying, or insurance repair management to play a key role in shaping and supporting our national network of skilled loss assessors.

Your Role

This is a varied and hands-on position that sits at the heart of our operations team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and expanding our contractor network while offering technical support to our internal teams and franchise network.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard quality contractors across the UK Maintain up-to-date contractor records and ensure ongoing compliance with CCS's standards Match contractor capabilities and availability to project needs Support franchise partners in the creation of Schedules of Work using our in-house scoping tools Review and approve Schedules to ensure accuracy and profitability Provide technical guidance to our claims handlers and franchisees Allocate reinstatement works appropriately to maximise efficiency and profit margins Resolve disputes relating to workmanship and service quality Report to the General Manager and Operations Director on performance and network development

What We're Looking For....

Preferred Experience

Background in building surveying, estimating, or managing insurance reinstatement works Hands-on trade experience or a strong understanding of on-site practices Proven experience managing subcontractors or contractor networks Experience mentoring others or providing technical support in a trade environment

Essential Skills

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident using MS Word, Excel, and cloud-based software Able to accurately scope and cost building works using digital tools Commercial awareness with a good understanding of project profit and loss High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
