24x7 Ltd is a rapidly growing, family-run business providing Home-to-School Transport across the UK for children with Special Educational Needs and vulnerable adults. Established in 2001, we now transport over 7,000 passengers daily, delivering a safe, caring, and reliable service.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Contracts Coordinator to join our team covering North Yorkshire and County Durham, supporting the day-to-day coordination and forward planning of our student transport operations. This will be a Hybrid position, working from our Ripon office with some home working to be discussed at interview. The role is 37.5 hours per week, that will be scheduled on a rota basis between 6.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage home to school contracts coordinating vehicle bookings for student transport to and from schools. Respond to short-notice transport requirements efficiently and calmly. Liaise with the Fleet team to ensure vehicles are recovered, replaced, and available. Communicate effectively with the council and colleagues to support contract delivery. Monitor and maintain compliance of drivers and vehicles, ensuring vital records and documents are renewed in line with council and legal requirements. Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks, maintaining accuracy across internal systems. Handle incoming calls and resolve operational issues as they arise. Carry out general administrative duties as required.

Strong organisational and planning skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word. Calm, patient, and solution-focused approach. Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic working environment. Knowledge of local geography (advantageous).
