What You'll Do




Contracts Manager

Lead, manage, and coordinate projects, ensuring they are programmed, resourced, and delivered on time and within budget. Monitor contractual obligations, ensuring compliance across all sites under your control. Oversee procurement, commercial reporting, and subcontractor engagement. Drive quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations. Produce and analyse progress reports, costs, and forecasts, taking corrective action where needed. Chair and attend client and internal meetings, ensuring clear communication and accurate reporting. Manage risk registers, forecasts, and end-of-life project reviews. Provide strong leadership to project teams, coaching and mentoring staff to support their development. Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and public consultations.

What We're Looking For




Skills and Experience

Demonstrable experience of managing multiple construction projects successfully. Excellent working knowledge of NEC contracts, including Early Warning and Compensation Event processes. Strong IT skills, including MS Office and project planning software (e.g. PowerProject). Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in construction or equivalent). SMSTS, CSCS Manager's Black Card, and IOSH. Professional membership (MCIOB/MICE) and NEBOSH Construction Certificate are desirable.

Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Collaborative, with the ability to build long-term client and stakeholder relationships. A proactive, solution-focused approach.
