CONTRACTS MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

Location: Bromsgrove - Midlands based projects

Salary: \xc2\xa375,000 plus highly competitive benefits package

Contracts Manager Opportunity:

My client is a forward thinking and innovative company who are one of the top 5 construction companies in the UK currently, with a reputation for prioritising support, development, and growth of all team members. They have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their highly successful Midlands division.

The role will be to oversee the regional construction teams that are responsible for working on multimillion new build and refurbishment projects throughout the region. Projects can range in value from \xc2\xa3 10k - \xc2\xa320m across a variety of sectors.

This role will also offer a considerable amount of flexible working and ability to work autonomously.

Contracts Manager Requirements:

• CSCS: Valid CSCS BLACK card required.
• Qualifications: SMSTS and first aid at work required
• MOJ / SC clearance desirable but not essential
• Relevant Experience: worked as a Contracts Manager or a Project Manager looking for the next step.
• CIOB (desirable but not essential)
• Main Contractor background ideally
