Demolition Contracts Manager - Technical Demolition Services

Technical Demolition Services are a long establish and well renowned demolition company based on the Wirral, with nearly 40 years of experience and currently working on some of the largest demolition projects throughout the UK.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated

Demolition Contracts Manager

to join our team, with the ideal candidate being responsible for overseeing all current and future projects.

Responsibilities: -

Overall responsibility for current and future projects Communicate and build strong relationships with our clients Carry out site visits to view and assess potential work Assist the Commercial Team with tender submissions Creation and management of project plans Manage a team of Site Managers based throughout the UK Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are progressing as per your project plan Provide leadership, support and guidance to Site Managers Attend project progression meetings with clients Help to resolve any ongoing site issues and manage expectations of the clients Overall responsibility for all site staff Office and site based

Key competencies: -

Strong people management, leadership and relationship building skills Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage your own time effectively Minimum 5 years demonstratable experience of overseeing multiple large demolition contracts nationwide Have proven experience in all aspects of demolition IT literate and competent in Microsoft software packages CCDO Site Manager Card or equivalent Project Management Qualification Full UK driving licence
