We are seeking a project manager to oversee all aspects of External Wall Insulation Projects from initial planning and tendering to final completion and handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They manage teams, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Overseeing multiple External Wall Insulation projects simultaneously, from pre-construction through to handover.
Contract Management:
Managing and overseeing client contracts, ensuring quality and compliance.
Financial Management:
Managing budgets, forecasting, and handling contract variations.
Client Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Team Management:
Leading and developing teams, including recruitment, performance management, and training.
Health and Safety:
Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to all health and safety regulations.
Procurement:
Obtaining quotes, procuring materials, and negotiating with suppliers.
Quality Assurance:
Ensuring high-quality electrical installations and compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
Technical Support:
Providing electrical technical support to other managers and junior staff.
Reporting:
Providing regular project updates to senior management and clients.
Dispute Resolution:
Addressing and resolving any defects or issues during the contract period.
Documentation:
Compiling record drawings, preparing operation and maintenance manuals, and ensuring proper testing and certification.
Manage ad-hoc installations i.e. loft, cavity, ventilation measures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
