About the Client: My client is a leading RC Frame/Groundworks subcontractor in London. They are a well renowned contractor with a strong client base. They have a current turnover of \xc2\xa3100m and work on projects to the value of \xc2\xa325m.
About the role: This contractor has had successful tenders on schemes across London and now need senior operational expertise to help with the workload. They are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them and are open to a Project Manager stepping up. You will be responsible for up to 3 projects ranging in value from \xc2\xa33m up to \xc2\xa312m. You will have strong site support and join an existing teams of Contracts Managers and report directly into the Construction Director.
About the requirements: You need to have at least 5 years experience at a senior level within the RC Frames/Groundworks sector. You will ideally be degree qualified but relevant experience could suffice. You must have strong communication skills and have previous experience of managing large teams.
