Job Description

We're representing a well-established interiors contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and office spaces. They're now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their traditional fit out division, overseeing multiple office fit out projects across the region.

The Role:



You'll be responsible for managing 2-3 projects simultaneously, typically ranging between 2-3 million in value, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you'll take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee multiple traditional Cat A and Cat B office fit out projects Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery Manage budgets, programmes, and quality standards Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies Liaise with commercial, design, and procurement teams to drive successful outcomes

Requirements:



Proven track record as a Contracts Manager within the office fit out or commercial interiors sector Experience managing projects valued between 2-3 million Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
