across the Country.The Role
We are recruiting an experienced
Site Manager
with proven expertise inhigh-quality office fit-out projects.
You will oversee subcontractors and direct labour to keep programmes on track and deliver projects to deadline.Key Responsibilities
Manage
Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs
from start to handover Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on site Ensure fast-track delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards Maintain health & safety compliance and project documentation Report progress to Project Managers and clientsRequirements
Proven experience in
construction management
, focused onhigh-quality office fit-out projects
(fast-track essential) Demonstrable track record of deliveringoffice spaces
(Cat A / Cat B preferred)SMSTS certification
Current First Aid qualification
Asbestos Awareness
Ideally trade-qualified or with a trade background Ability to work independently and within wider project teams Based in or fully willing to work inDoncaster
