to lead contract delivery and operations across our roofing division. This is a

senior, self-employed role

, you'll shape how we deliver contracts -- on time, on budget, and with the right culture.

What You'll Be Doing

Own end-to-end management of roofing contracts -- from mobilisation to handover Drive daily scheduling, budgeting, and reporting using

Monday.com or similar tools

Lead and develop a team of roofers and staff, ensuring capability and engagement Collaborate with the Finance Officer on invoicing, cost tracking, and performance reporting Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (SMASS / CHASS), and industry standards Champion a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement Engage clients, respond to variations, and protect margin through smart project control

What You'll Bring

Proven experience managing contracts in pitched roofing or subcontract construction Strong leadership skills with a focus on

team development and motivation

Commercially aware with basic QS capabilities (margin control, extras, costing) Skilled in planning systems like

Monday.com

, Asta, or MS Project A proactive mindset and commitment to doing things right -- the first time
