Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to take full ownership of our online presence. This includes managing and growing all our digital platforms, filming and editing daily project content, and showcasing our craftsmanship across social media and digital channels.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Daily posting of content (photos, videos, stories, reels) Writing engaging captions and managing comments/messages

Content Creation

Daily filming of job sites/progress, client testimonials, before/after Video and photo editing for social media and marketing campaigns

Google & SEO

Managing Google My Business Collecting and responding to reviews Helping improve local SEO visibility

Email Marketing

Monthly email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar) Showcasing recent work, offers, and updates

Campaign Planning & Reporting

Building brand awareness Running paid ads on Facebook/Instagram/Google (optional) Tracking performance and engagement
Ideal Candidate

Proven experience managing social media and content for brands (portfolio or examples required) Skilled in video editing and design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.) Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently Confident capturing real-time content on-site (e.g., during decorating projects) Strong understanding of how to grow engagement and followers organically Must have own equipment (phone/camera/laptop/editing tools)
Payment

Self-employed / Freelance

basis Rate to be discussed based on experience and workload Potential for long-term regular work and increased hours based on performance

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year
