We are an established energy consultancy, and due to further expansion we are looking for a contracts & sales administrator to help support our sales team in procedural practices, pricing analysis, administration of accounts and general sales administration.
You will work alongside the sales consultants to collate price comparisons, liaise with energy suppliers, prepare documentation and provide support wherever needed.
You will be a confident communicator and be comfortable liaising with energy suppliers on behalf of clients, competent in analysing energy accounts and using excel software.
Knowledge of the energy industry is not essential, as full training will be provided, however experience in a similar administrative role would be advantageous.
Salary: Up to 26,500 per annum.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00
Requirements
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Sales Administrator or similar administration role.
Bachelors degree (desirable) or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Strong IT skills.
Clear, polite telephone manner.
Competent using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Flexible and cooperative, with the ability to function in high pressure scenarios.
Problem solver with the ability to process information accurately and effectively, interpreting data as required.
Punctual and a committed and enthusiastic team player.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Collate price comparisons, liaise with energy suppliers and prepare documentation.
Participate in training sessions to improve product and system knowledge.
Process submissions of signed contracts on supplier portals and input data into our internal software for tracking deals.
Manage objections to accounts going live and liaise with suppliers via email and phone to rectify.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management as needed.
General sales administration support.
