Join Our Team as a Control Room Leader!





We're seeking an experienced Security Control Room Team Leader to oversee the smooth and effective operation of our control room, ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets across the site.



In this pivotal role, you'll supervise control room activities, coordinate responses to incidents, and provide leadership and support to the wider security team. You'll be responsible for monitoring CCTV and other security systems, managing communications between officers and stakeholders, and ensuring accurate incident reporting and documentation.


About the Role:





As a Control Room Leaderyou will be responsible for:


Monitor and operate CCTV, access control, and other security systems to ensure site safety. Coordinate and communicate with on-site security officers to manage incidents and routine operations. Act as the central point of contact for all security-related communications during shifts. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation in line with company procedures. Ensure officers are briefed and deployed appropriately according to site requirements.
