About the Role

You'll take ownership of a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions, managing them from instruction to completion. You'll work in a supportive, professional environment that values your contribution and encourages personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handling your own caseload of conveyancing matters independently Advising clients clearly and confidently throughout the process Ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Maintaining excellent client relationships and service standards Progressing transactions efficiently to meet deadlines
About You

The ideal candidate will:

Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner Have a strong track record of managing conveyancing files from start to finish Possess excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Be detail-focused, client-oriented, and proactive in your approach Thrive in a fast-paced, professional legal environment
