We are seeking a

skilled and experienced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor

to join our respected and busy

city centre residential conveyancing team

.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with

a minimum of five years' experience managing their own varied caseload

About the Role

You will manage a broad range of residential property transactions and gradually build up to a caseload of

90-120 files

. This is a

fast-paced environment

high standards of quality and compliance

is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage a full caseload (90-120 files) Handle complex transactions including: Leasehold, re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Help to Buy, redemption, new builds, shared ownership, company purchases, and auctions Sign off on files for exchange and review title reports Consistently meet time recording and billing targets Mentor and support junior fee earners Lead business development initiatives and process improvements Conduct regular file reviews to ensure compliance and quality

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience

managing a residential conveyancing caseload In-depth knowledge of complex property transactions Strong commitment to

client care and legal excellence

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach
