An established Lexcel and C.Q.S Accredited High Street Practice, offering quality legal services specialising in all areas of law to individuals and organisations, with offices in Lincoln and Sleaford, are seeking a conveyancer to join our busy and friendly residential conveyancing department in Lincoln
.The Opportunity
The successful candidate will have the confidence, technical skills and personality to deal with a full residential caseload with minimum supervision
Duties will include
Responsibility for a full varied caseload of sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold residential properties, new build, remortgages and transfers of equity
Requirements
Minimum 1-year residential conveyancing experience
ability to work to deadlines and targets
excellent communication skills
experience of working with a case management system
