About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Conveyancing Solicitor

to join our reputable firm based in Maidstone. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters and deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Re-mortgages New build transactions Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients and third parties. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and firm policies. Maintain accurate, timely file management and documentation. Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors. Contribute to maintaining the firm's excellent reputation for client service.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor

(Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales).

Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)

in residential conveyancing. Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and regulations. Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-care skills. High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities. Competence using case management systems.
