Conveyancing Solicitor

Maidstone, Kent | Full-time, Permanent | Up to 70,000 DOE

Role Overview

Our established Maidstone office is seeking a qualified Solicitor to take responsibility for a busy residential conveyancing caseload. You'll handle matters from initial instruction through to completion, offering practical, commercially aware advice while upholding our reputation for exceptional client service.

Core Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and new-build transactions Provide clear, commercially focused guidance to clients, agents and lenders Ensure full compliance with SRA, CML and internal policies Maintain accurate, well-organised files and progress matters proactively to meet key deadlines Communicate effectively with all parties to secure smooth and timely completions

Candidate Profile

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) Minimum 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills Confident user of modern case-management systems
