Conveyancer - Newcastle upon Tyne

Salary: up to 50,000 (depending on experience)?

The opportunity

Handle your own mixed caseload of residential sale and purchase matters, including freehold, leasehold, remortgage and transfer of equity work.? Work closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and other solicitors to keep every transaction moving and clients fully updated.? What you'll be doing

Running files from instruction through to post?completion, including title checks, reporting on contract packs, raising and replying to enquiries, and dealing with exchange and completion.? Carrying out searches, reviewing results and identifying any risks or issues for your client, with clear, practical advice.? Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer documents and other key documentation, ensuring all compliance, AML and lender requirements are met.? Proactively chasing milestones, updating clients in plain English, and keeping all parties informed so there are no surprises.?

About you

Experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor with a solid track record in residential conveyancing.? Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, using case management systems and digital workflows.? Calm under pressure, well organised, and able to balance client care with commercial awareness and deadlines.? A positive team player who enjoys collaborating, sharing knowledge and contributing to a high?performing department.?
