About the Role

As a

Conveyancer

, you'll manage your own caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. You'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, dedicated to delivering exceptional client care and efficient legal service across

Reading and the wider Thames Valley area

What's on Offer

You'll receive a

competitive salary

40,000 and 45,000

for experienced Fee Earners, and

55,000 to 70,000

for Licensed Conveyancers.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters. Providing expert legal advice and maintaining proactive client communication. Ensuring compliance with legal standards, SRA rules, and firm policies. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through outstanding service. Progressing transactions efficiently and meeting deadlines.
About You

You'll ideally be a

Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner

, capable of handling your own caseload independently.
You'll be organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication and client care skills.
Above all, you'll thrive in a busy, professional legal environment and enjoy working within a supportive local team.
