Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive to become a valued member of our expanding conveyancing team. This position offers flexible working arrangements, including office-based, hybrid, and remote options.

The Role

The vacancy is in our Residential Conveyancing transactional team. The workload is predominately sale and purchase matters including but not limited to freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, auction and Company clients. We encourage all conveyancers to take an active role in business development and to assist with shaping the conveyancing department as a whole and the conveyancing experience for our clients.

The Candidate

To be suitable for this role, candidates should possess the following essential and/or preferable skills, which will ensure success and contribute to the continued growth of our team.

Essential

Previous Conveyancing experience Comfortable handling calls Comfortable managing client and introducer expectations Experience of dealing with legal issues arising from residential conveyancing The ability to work as part of a team Able to prioritise a workload effectively A proactive, professional and flexible approach to work

Preferable

Experience of managing your own transactions Previous experience of working with a case management system
The role is suited to experienced conveyancers however we may consider applicants with conveyancing experience who wish to progress into a fee earning position. We will consider Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and Paralegals but we have no specific requirement for a legal qualification.
