Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of residential property transactions independently and efficiently. Providing expert advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Proactively managing timelines to meet deadlines.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have a strong background in conveyancing with proven experience managing their own caseload. Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Fee Earner. Possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Be detail-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding client care. Have a proactive approach and be comfortable working under pressure.
