35,000 - 40,000 (Fee Earners) | 50,000 - 65,000 (Licensed Conveyancers)

About the Role

As a conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion, providing high-quality, client-focused legal services. Key Responsibilities

Independently manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions Advise clients clearly and confidently throughout the conveyancing process Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and firm-wide standards Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and communication Monitor and manage key transaction milestones and deadlines
About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have a solid track record in conveyancing with experience handling their own caseload Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Fee Earner Be highly organized, detail-focused, and client-driven Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues Thrive in a fast-paced, professional legal environment
