Conveyancing Assistant

The Role



You'll assist a Fee Earner with their caseload of

residential property transactions

, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, from instruction through to completion. You'll be working closely with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure each transaction runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities



Assisting Conveyancing Fee Earner with day to day tasks.

About You



6 months + conveyancing experience

. Confident, proactive, and organised. Excellent communication and client care skills. Looking for long-term growth within a forward-thinking firm. Able to commute to our

Blackburn office (87-89 Regent St, BB1 6DR)

full-time.
