Duties
Deal with client onboarding (ID etc)
Regularly update and liaise with clients
Liaise with lenders, estate agents and other third parties
Drafting contract packs and transfers
Review sale enquiries and liaise with clients, landlords, managing agents etc to obtain the necessary replies
Order Searches
Request redemption statements
Draft SDLT
Exchange contracts
Set up completions, draft completion statements and arrange post completion formalities including registration at the Land Registry
Assist in sorting out any internal accounts queries
Comply with the firm's policies and regulatory procedures
Qualifications
Excellent client care and communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management
Proven competence in IT skills (Outlook, Word, and other case management systems experience)
A proactive, motivated, and flexible approach to work
Maintaining and updating client files and documentation in accordance with compliance rules and procedures
2+ years experience of working in residential conveyancing

Pay: 24,500.00-27,500.00 per year
