Conveyancing Assistant
to join our busy Residential Property team.
The Role
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our conveyancers and solicitors through all stages of the residential property process. You'll enjoy a varied workload, a collaborative team environment, and opportunities to develop your skills within a thriving legal practice.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
Preparing and drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
Managing client files from instruction to post-completion
Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders
Carrying out searches and handling Land Registry applications
Ensuring all work meets compliance and quality standards
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Organised, accurate, and proactive in managing multiple tasks
A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
Professional and approachable, with a commitment to great client service
Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 25,000.00 per year
