Our client is a dynamic, multi-office law firm providing a comprehensive range of legal services across the North West and UK. They are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy Conveyancing team in their Delph office. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in property law while working in a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting Conveyancers in managing caseloads and actioning legal procedures as directed
Handling file-related queries from clients, either face-to-face or by telephone
Supporting timely and cost-effective processing of conveyancing matters
Maintaining accurate and organised client files
Liaising with clients, taking instructions, and conducting letter and telephone enquiries
Using firm procedures and systems to manage cases effectively and in line with legal requirements
Supporting business development by liaising with clients and identifying cross-selling opportunities
Managing your own workload, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision
Ensuring clients and introducers of business receive excellent service at all times
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Reliability, diligence, and strong attention to detail
Ability to commute to Delph
Previous experience within Conveyancing or Commercial Property
