We currently have an exciting opportunity for a

Conveyancing Assistant

to join our growing

Property Department

in Bishopbriggs on a full time basis.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Property Department and enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities



Acting as a first point of contact for fee earners, clients and lenders, including handling initial calls/emails and providing quotes. Ordering reports and redemption statements from lenders. Preparing conveyancing drafts and standard securities. Preparing and submitting LBTT returns. Registering applications and ordering searches. Chasing mortgage offers from lenders and arranging loan funds. Submitting advance notices to Registers of Scotland. Preparing cash statements and ordering updated reports. Locating and investigating files via case management systems and across offices. Carrying out post-settlement administration. Management of clients both ringing and attending the office.

About You



Experience in Conveyancing Administration Strong organisational and case management skills. Excellent communication and client-care abilities. Proactive, detail-focused, and a strong team player.
