Job Description

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy Conveyancing team at our Leamington Spa office.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Conveyancing department.

The Role

As part of the Conveyancing department you will:

Provide full support to your appointed Conveyancer to enable them to operate efficiently Providing Conveyancing quotes and opening new files Submitting registrations and handling requisitions Dealing with client and estate agent enquiries by telephone, email and in person Prepare correspondence and documents using a case management system Undertaking dictation as required Supporting colleagues and the wider team as required

The Candidate

The successful candidate will:

At least 2 years' experience within a Residential Conveyancing department Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Have a positive working attitude with the ability to work to tight deadlines Have good organisational skills and attention to detail Have the ability to manage their own workload Be a strong team player
