Significant experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant (essential) A proactive and client-focused approach Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail A high degree of IT literacy Experience supporting both the sales and purchase sides of residential conveyancing
