Established and successful Solicitors in Macclesfield wish to recruit an experienced conveyancing assistant for their busy office. Drawing from their experience in conveyancing, the right candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer and legal excellence.
The Role
Working alongside the solicitor to manage a busy conveyancing caseload
Excellent IT skills including knowledge of a case management system
Dealing with agents, brokers and clients to ensure all expectations are met
Being proactive in ensuring the process of conveyancing up to completion runs smoothly
Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, and emails
Dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face; providing excellent client care
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
The Person
Minimum 2 years conveyancing experience
Experience in handling volume conveyancing work
