You won't just be supporting a conveyancer -you'll be building real expertise, taking on responsibility, and playing a crucial role in delivering a high-quality client experience.

The Role



You'll support the department across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing work, including:

Sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related matters Handling initial enquiries, preparing quotes and guiding clients throughout the process Drafting legal documents and producing clear, accurate correspondence Updating case management systems and maintaining precise records Liaising professionally with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and clients Providing reliable administrative support and attending meetings when required

What We're Looking For



At least 18 months' experience in a conveyancing support role Strong client service skills and confidence when managing multiple deadlines Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail Solid IT skills and ideally experience using case management software (training provided if not) Professional communication skills -both written and verbal A clear understanding of confidentiality and Data Protection A proactive, positive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team A full clean driving licence (preferred) Someone living within a reasonable commuting distance

Pay: 28,000.00-38,000.00 per year
